We are a diverse and conservative congregation of commited Christians who believe that we can be an influence in our community for Jesus Christ. The late Tom Gray had a vision of what influence New Liberty Church could be in the community and established a building fund some 25 years ago. Ten acres was purchased adjacent to the existing church building and then on August 17, 2008, New Liberty Church installed Jerry K. Jackson as pastor and had groundbreaking for the new building later that morning.
March 13, 2011 we had our first Sunday morning worship service in the Fellowship Hall. It was a tremendous working of God who enabled the work to be completed so that we could meet. Work on the sanctuary is on-going as God supplies the funds. It is estimated that the sanctuary will seat a congregation of 150 people. There are seven windows around the sanctuary that are opaque in a cracked ice design that eliminates the need for curtains but allows light to enter. The Biblical significance of the number seven is completeness.
We have not taken out any loans to build the church but will furnish the church as the Lord provides. The church requests that all donations to the church should be designated either to the general or building fund. Any donations given should be given with the confident attitude that the building committee and the decoration committee will administer the building funds as needed and in the proper sequence. New Liberty requests that any donations be given with the understanding that donations are confidential and will not be subject to any naming rights. Donations will be receipted for tax purposes. The new church building is to the glory of God and not man.

II Corinthians 5: 17-20
17) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.18) And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;19) To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20) Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God
