December 14 Business Meeting
1) For 2012 and thereafter, I would like to reallocate my current per month ( no change in compensation) Housing Allowance to designate $300 per month of that housing allowance to gas allowance. The IRS currently allows 55.5 cents per mile and I drive 150 miles per week for church services (50 miles – round trip). A motion was made, seconded, and approved.
2) A nursery with volunteers on Sunday Morning beginning December 18. It would be good for visitors and regular attenders with kids not to be distracted by the kids so they can worship. (Elaine said she would volunteer December 18). need at least one volunteer per week. Completely at Parent's' discretion.
3) Deb Norvell asked and was approved to put Christmas bows on each light post – 7 in all.
4) Gene Blair asked and was approved to remove the ramp from the old church to build a bridge on his property. Gene to cover any opening created by the removal of ramp.
Sanctuary was setup early for Youth Program Sunday Evening. Worship in sanctuary on Sunday Morning.
